Community Rules

Maple Lounge

Chat is open to verified forum accounts, without individual approval or a moderator needing to be online. Our minimum age is 13. Keep conversation friendly and family-friendly: no foul language, harassment, sexual content, scams, flooding or repeated promotion. The lounge is plain text only, with no links, media uploads or DMs. Never share or solicit personal contact details, school information, passwords or verification codes. Use the song request form for requests and the Free Market board for in-game listings.

Automatic checks run before a message is published. Suspicious messages are held for review; repeated flags can pause chat access. These checks are not perfect. Use Report for concerning messages and Mute to hide another person's messages in your browser. Only designated staff can review reports, issue timeouts, suspend chat or freeze the room. Reports do not automatically punish another user. Contact support@mapleradio.net to appeal a decision.

Do not pressure people into private contact, ask for photos or personal details, groom or exploit minors, post sexual content involving minors, threaten violence or expose someone's private information. Report the message or email support with its time and nickname; do not copy harmful content into another public post. Staff may preserve necessary evidence and make legally required reports. For an immediate danger, contact local emergency services. The lounge is not monitored continuously.

Forum and Free Market

Use your own listener account and a nickname that does not impersonate staff or another person. Verify your email before posting. Verified accounts do not need individual staff approval. Keep language family-friendly. Automated checks may hold suspicious posts for review. Staff can hide posts, lock threads, require further review or suspend access. Use the report button to flag spam, harassment, impersonation or misleading listings.

Free Market is for in-game items and mesos only. No real-money transactions, account sales, services, stolen items or deceptive offers. Describe item stats accurately, update sold or found listings, and follow the game's trading rules. Arrange and complete trades in-game. Maple Radio provides a noticeboard and does not verify ownership, broker trades, hold funds or guarantee listings. Report problems to the moderators.

Keep the station welcoming

• No harassment, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, or targeted humiliation.
• Do not post private contact details, passwords, receipt codes, or other people’s personal information. Use an in-game name for public shoutouts.
• No impersonation of artists, staff, Nexon, or other community members.
• Share your own words. Where links are allowed, use legitimate original pages; links are not allowed in Maple Lounge. No media uploads, embeds, direct file downloads or pirated material. Do not copy full lyrics, articles, books or other protected works without permission. Do not submit misleading ownership claims, malware or spam.
• Do not evade moderation, flood requests, or bypass technical limits.

Staff review submissions and may edit, reject, restrict, or remove content and access. Serious or repeated violations may end submission privileges or staff accounts. Decisions can be reviewed by emailing support with the relevant public track or submission reference. Do not retaliate against a reporter.
