MapleStory artwork credits
Slime, Orange Mushroom, Pig and Blue Snail companion sprites, plus the Maple Leaf, Return Scroll to Henesys, Maple Coin, LP: Cute Music, Superstar Headphones, Table Clock and Maria's Letter and Maple History Book I, The Relaxer, Microphone, Event Trophy and Megaphone item icons, Mushroom Village and Guild map emblems, and open and closed mailbox scenery are MapleStory artwork © Nexon. These classic GMS version 83 assets are provided by MapleStory.io. The game room also uses classic Orange Mushroom and Slime Omok pieces and the original matching-card faces and backs. Forum character avatars also use GMS v83 skin, hair, face and equipment sprites. The wardrobe source list records the preview assets.
Maple Lounge uses the classic F1–F7 expression icons and cash shop facial-expression icons for chat emotes, also © Nexon and sourced through MapleStory.io. The chat emote source list records each original asset.
Maple Radio is an independent fan project, not an official Nexon service. These assets are not public domain or Creative Commons, and their availability through an API does not grant a license. We have not obtained separate written permission from Nexon for this use. See Nexon’s Game IP Guide, the asset source list, and the official MapleStory website. Rights holders can contact support@mapleradio.net using the process below.
Report a copyright concern
Email support@mapleradio.net with the subject “Copyright report.” Reports can concern music, artwork, text, or other material. Include the work you own, the specific Maple Radio location or track and broadcast time, your contact details, and why the use is unauthorized. Include forum links or a lounge nickname, message time and text when relevant. An account is not required to email a report. We review notices promptly and remove or disable access where required by law, including expeditiously for valid infringement notices. We may temporarily disable material while investigating.
Formal notices
For a formal DMCA notice, provide your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work (or a representative list); identification and location of the challenged material; your address, telephone number, and email; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or law; and a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.
We may request missing details and share relevant notice information with the submitter. Knowingly false material claims may have legal consequences. Consider any applicable license or legal exception before reporting.
Corrections and counter-notices
If your material was removed by mistake, contact support. A formal counter-notice must identify the removed material and its former location; include your signature, name, address, and phone number; state under penalty of perjury your good-faith belief that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification; and consent to the appropriate federal district court’s jurisdiction and service of process from the complainant or their agent. For a person outside the U.S., the consent concerns a district where the provider may be found.
We forward valid counter-notices to the complainant. Where the statutory process applies, restoration follows its 10–14 business-day window unless notice of a qualifying court action is received. We may separately decline material under our licensing or community rules.
Repeat infringement and contact status
We restrict or terminate repeat infringers’ accounts or submission privileges in appropriate circumstances, considering valid reports, corrections, and other evidence. Reports do not automatically establish infringement.
support@mapleradio.net is our copyright-reporting contact. We have not represented it as a registered DMCA designated agent. Posting this policy does not itself establish a statutory safe harbor, and does not license music selected by the station.
