EXAMPLE ONLY. Nothing in this post is for sale, wanted or available to trade.
Hey Maplers, DJ Dako here! I wanted to leave a simple example so opening your first market stall feels straightforward. This post is a guide, with invented details and an illustrative price. It is already closed and locked, and it won't appear when you filter for open listings.
What a clear listing looks like
Example title: S> 10 Red Potions, 1,000 mesos total, Example World
| Field | Fictional example |
|---|---|
| Listing type | Selling |
| Item and quantity | 10 Red Potions |
| World | Example World, a placeholder, not a real server |
| In-game contact | ExampleMapler, an invented name, not a contact |
| Price | 1,000 mesos for the stack, purely an example |
| Details | State whether the price is per item or for everything, and whether offers are welcome. |
For equipment, include its actual stats and any relevant upgrade details. Describe those details in text; screenshot sharing is closed. The example price above is not a valuation or a recommendation.
Open your own stall
- Go back to the Free Market and choose Open a market stall. You'll need to sign in and verify your email first if you haven't already.
- Choose Buying, Selling or Trading, then enter your real world, character name, item details and price or offer in mesos.
- Review your details before posting. Arrange and complete the trade in-game.
- When you're finished, mark the listing Sold, Found or Closed. Listings expire after 14 days and can be renewed after expiry if still relevant.
In-game items and mesos only. No real-money trades, account sales or paid services. Never share your password or sign in through a link someone sends you to complete a trade. Double-check the item, character and mesos in the game's trade window.
Maple Radio hosts the board; we don't verify sellers, hold items or guarantee trades. Read the forum and Free Market rules before posting. If a listing looks suspicious, use Report to flag it privately for staff.
Have a question about using the board? Start a thread in Maple Radio General or use the site's Suggestion box.
Happy trading, and take your time checking the details.
